is just an intangible asset whose real value is uncertain. The ability to
promptly and fairly handle your claim is the true test of the product you have
purchased. Our Claims Department is staffed by personnel who have many
year's experience in
claims handling.
Our personal lines companies (homeowner, automobile, watercraft,
motorcycle, etc.) encourage our clients to report their claims
directly to central offices, which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also report
commercial claims after hours directly to the insurance companies.
When reporting to the central claims office,
you should have your policy number
available for reference. If you do not wish to report direct to the insurance company, a
phone call to our office is all
that is required; and we will promptly file the claim on your behalf. Even
though insurance companies are requesting direct reporting of claims, we
